To enable us to work more effectively and grow the SKF, we need to recruit more representatives. This will allow us to represent all renal units and support the existing KPAs in Scotland.

 

If there are units without a KPA, hopefully we can support them to start or restart a KPA. 

The SKF does this to the best of their ability, however, with limited number of volunteers, we want to be better placed to obtain experienced views and opinions from as many patients and carers as possible, ensuring we have good representation whilst covering a wide geographical spread.

 

The most effective way to achieve this is to have representation from each unit, KPA or support group in Scotland. Reasonable expenses for attending meetings will be reimbursed.
